When it comes to one-on-one help, I’m available for ongoing coaching sessions as well as one-off consultations and have a range of support, expertise and experience that I offer.
My goal? To take the pressure off you, by helping you to find manageable next steps for the season you’re in.

How coaching works
All 1-1 coaching takes place via video or phone call (the choice is yours) so that you can connect with me from the comfort of your own home and ask your questions with a fresh cup of your favourite drink on hand.
I have limited time available for these one-on-one coaching sessions.
