Another first day of another term is here, just like that.
Not sure if I’m ready, but it’s fair to say that we have enough ticking over that we’ll pick back up where we left off.
We’ll do a little something that feels “first-day-of-term-ish.” Perhaps bake a cake, or share something nice for morning tea while we read together. Or even get my kids setting it up tea-party style, if the urge hits.
It’s not elaborate.
But it’s still memories.
And it’s how we roll.
Some terms feel more momentous than others. That’s the way life goes, really! But they’re all still a chance to wind right back and remember our “why.”
Last term brought all sorts of challenges for us, so I guess you could say that we’re tip-toeing into this one.
